We believe justified refunds are integral to excellent customer service, but we also believe our customers are more creative, more attractive, and more intelligent than the average person, and as such are capable of making effective buying choices.
Because we generally sell sequential art and collectibles we offer refunds on a case by case basis and under only very specific circumstances:
1. The item shipped not is not as described in the solicitation. Sometimes, much to our dismay, the information we’ve used to describe an item and the item itself are different. What’s really not fun is when item and the description are contradictory, but we don’t like to think about that.
2. A Pre-Order item is delayed for over three months. Sometimes the manufacturer misses the boat (you know who we’re talking about), and you need those funds freed up to buy other things…like more comics...or groceries. We’ll contact you as soon as we are made aware of any delays and give you the option of either holding out hope, or getting your hard earned money back.
3. A Backorder item goes out of print. We understand that you might want your money back on a graphic novel that may take the death of a creator’s heir to come back into print.
Please keep in mind we include insurance in all of our shipping, so you may be able to replace any items lost or damaged in transit.
